20May BEFOREHAND | CRITICS NIGHT: Describe a scene/event through your character’s eyes not your own, so it tells the reader something about the character too. |
17 June | WORKSHOP: In the Style of: write a short passage on a given theme each person drawing out a different style e.g. newspaper, gothic, romance, teen magazine etc |
15 July | WORKSHOP: One small change –e.g. Boy and girl at sunset on Dartmoor/Girl alone at sunset on Dartmoor –write 2 short accounts with just one small change in your characters/setting/time that changes the mood and atmosphere of your tale |
19 August | SOCIAL EVENING/Summer meal: Location to be arranged NB no meeting at the Town Hall |
